(UNDATED) - A man who the FBI have been searching for was found in Oregon and arrested. 61-year-old Charley Hollin, formerly of Clearsprings, has been on the run for 18 years.

According to Seymour police, Hollin is accused of abducting a 10-year-old girl at knife point in January 1999, sexually assaulting her before releasing her.

A Jackson County court issued an arrest warrant in the case in February 3, 2000 charging Hollin with two counts of confinement and three counts of child molesting. Additionally, on April 5, 2007, a federal arrest warrant was issued charging him with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. The FBI offered a reward up to $10,000 for information leading to Hollin's arrest

U.S. District Attorney Josh Minkler plans to conduct a press conference this morning to announce Hollin's arrest.

According to police, on Jan. 20, 1999, Hollins allegedly abducted the 10-year-old Seymour girl at knifepoint outside the old Girls Inc. facility on West Second Street. Hollins sexually assaulted the girl and then dropped her off in the Cortland area and made her leave the car naked and threw her clothes out of the car.
