(BEDFORD) - Caring For Kids - Lawrence County is hosting an event Wednesday, January 11 to celebrate their 2016 successes and look ahead to 2017.
"Caring for Kids is the Lawrence County chartered council of Prevent Child Abuse Indiana,' says Kris Mathews, C4K President. " We have been bringing awareness of child abuse and prevention to Lawrence County since 1988 and we need new members. We need new ideas and eventually we will need new leadership."
If you are interested in hearing more join C4K on Wednesday at the Limestone Cafe located at 1015 16th Street for light refreshments. Drop in between 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and met C4K board members and volunteers and hear about everything C4K does for children and families in Lawrence County.
