Last updated on Wednesday, January 25, 2017

(BLOOMFIELD) - A Bloomfield man was arrested after he ran from police, fell down two ravines and into a creek.

Greene County Police arrested 32-year-old Christopher Hargrave after he was spotted in a garage by a resident the afternoon of January 18.

Greene County Sheriff's Department Deputy James Carpenter, says Hargrave, was spotted on the north side of the garage and was found walking south of the garage. When Deputy Carpenter told Hargrave to stop, he took off running.

Hargrave was arrested on a warrant for escape, auto theft, burglary, resisting law enforcement and criminal mischief. He is being held in the Greene County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
