(BEDFORD) - Two people were injured after a collision on Tunnelton Road at Sunny Acres Road Sunday morning.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 40-year-old Wendy Stancombe was traveling east on Tunnelton Road in a 2001 Chevrolet Tracker when she lost control of the vehicle on the ice-covered road and spun into a 2000 General Motors Jimmy driven by 69-year-old Alvin Probasco.
Police say Probasco was traveling west on Tunnelton Road and was unable to avoid the collision.
Stancombe suffered a possible fractured pelvis. Probasco complained of head pain.
Assisting at the scene was an AMR ambulance, Shawswick Volunteer Fire Department and Bedford Fire Department extrication unit.
