(BLOOMINGTON) - The I-69 Development Partners Team announces a traffic pattern change and lane closure on Tapp Road, east of State Road 37.
A reduction to one lane both eastbound and westbound on Tapp Road east of SR 37 will be required for storm sewer installation.
The right lane of eastbound Tapp Road will be closed at the intersection with SR 37 and remain closed past Deborah Drive. The right lane of westbound Tapp Road will be closed east of the intersection with Deborah Drive until approximately 200' east of the intersection with SR 37.
Flagging operations are scheduled to begin today or after weather permitting to perform saw cut operations prior to lane closures.
The right lane in each direction is scheduled to close on or after Tuesday weather permitting with all work anticipated to last 3 days.
Required traffic shifts will be implemented between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. only. Two-lane operation of the roadway will remain at all times during the installation with all lanes opening upon completion.
