(BEDFORD) - Bedford police arrested a Heltonville man after they found him intoxicated Saturday night on Lincoln Avenue near Fifth Street.
According to a Lawrence County Superior Court I probable cause affidavit, 32-year-old Michael Lipscomb had glassy eyes and was slurring his speech.
Lipscomb was arrested on a charge of public intoxicated and booked into the Lawrence County jail at 8:52 p.m. He is being held on a $3,000 surety or $305 cash bond.
