(BEDFORD) - Lineal Contracting will be installing a new sewer force main in an alley north of 16th Street from Blue Hole lift station to the manhole near F Street.
The City of Bedford awarded Lineal the contract after they submitted the lowest of three bids.
The cost of the project is $43,750.
Tri-County Builders was awarded the contracts for two storm water projects one on Western Avenue and the other on Eastern Avenue. For years, those neighborhoods have been plagued by flooding problems during heavy rains.
The cost of the two projects at $12,500 for Western Avenue and $25,300 for Eastern Avenue.
