(BLOOMINGTON) - Grassroots Conservatives and the Refugee Support Network are co-hosting a public forum on Bloomington Refugee Resettlement on Wednesday, November 9.

The public is invited to share in this opportunity to come together as a community and share questions, comments, and concerns in an open civil dialogue.

The forum will be at the Monroe County Public Library, 303 East Kirkwood Ave. in Bloomington. The auditorium doors will open at 6:30 pm. The program starts at 7 pm and ends at 8:45 pm.

Our panel of experts will represent both sides of this often divisive issue:

  • Christie Popp - Immigration Lawyer, Popp Law Office
  • James Simpson - Investigative Journalist and author of book on Refugees and Immigration
  • Don Barnett - Fellow, Center for Immigration Studies; formerly with U.S.I.A and U.S. State Department
