Rubber Factory Could Be Coming To Washington

(WASHINGTON) - The Washington Plan Commission has approved the construction of a 40,000 square foot rubber extrusion factory that would supply rubber seals to automakers.

The proposed factory, owned by McTech, would potentially employ 41 people within the next three years.

The plant would be located in the recently created EZ Zoning District near the I-69 Corridor east of Washington.

The building will will sit near the new cross dock facility on County road 200-East on the north side of the CSX tracks.
