(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Treasurer Paula Stewart was named the new president of the the Indiana County Treasurers’ Association.
Elaine Wellman, Daviess County Treasurer, will serve as secretary.
The new officers were recently swore in to serve in 2017 during the ICTA affiliate meeting held during the 58th Annual Association of Indiana Counties' (AIC) Annual Conference held Sept. 26-29 in Allen County.
The AIC conference was attended by approximately 500 county officials and county employees.
This conference offers county officials a wide variety of professional development courses as well as opportunities to network with their peers.
