Grave Dedication For Revolutionary War Patriot Richard Williams

(BEDFORD) - The Daniel Guthrie Chapter of the SAR and the John Wallace Chapter of the DAR will have a grave marking for Revolutionary War Patriot Richard Williams at 3 p.m. on Saturday at Breckenridge Cemetery.

The cemetery is on M St. on Bedford's north side.

Richard Williams was born October 16, 1747 in Scotland. He died January 16, 1827. He married Elizabeth Andrews Edwards. Children: Vinson born 1787 married Sarah Carter; John; Henry. Source Page 384, Roster of Soldiers and Patriots of the American Revolution Buried in Indiana, 1938.
