(BEDFORD) - Bedford City Board of Works approved to lower the rent at Otis Park Red Brick. The housing lease agreement was lowered from $625 to $400 a month.
In other business the board also approved a payment of $71,738 to Royalty Roofing for replacing the roof at StoneGate Arts & Education Center North, at 405 I Street.
The board also approved payment of $7,450 to Meadows Heating and Cooling for new air conditioner units.
