(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was injured after he struck a deer with his Harley Davidson motorcycle on Lawrenceport Road Thursday morning.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 26-year-old Scott Collins was traveling west on Lawrenceport Road near Earl Road when the deer ran into the path of his motorcycle.
Collins, who was driving without a motorcycle endorsement, suffered injuries to his elbow and lower arm.
Assisting at the scene were a Seals ambulance and Marion Volunteer Fire Department
