Decorate A 'Curvaceous Bra' To Help Cancer Patients

(BEDFORD) - You can help "support" Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services by participating in the "cuvaceous bra" decorating contest.

Curves, the largest chain of fitness centers for women in the world, will again sponsor the contest in Lawrence County. 
The group assists all cancer patients, but October is National Breast Cancer Month and to increase awareness and education and to stress the importance of early detection the group hopes to share information through the bra decorating contest.
Entries will be accepted from September 19th through November 2nd at noon.  Any individual, group, or business may enter and voting is open to all. 

The top 4 winners will be announced Nov 2nd at 3 p.m.
Prizes will include two Holiday Home tour tickets and one free months of Jenny Craig plus the cost of the food.  
The winners will be determined by the number of tickets they receive.

To vote, people can purchase tickets at Curves which cost $1 apiece or 6 for $5. The public is invited to view the creations and vote for their favorite.
