Brown County Teen Facing 41 Counts Of Criminal Mischief After Allegedly Slashing Tires

(BROWN CO.) - A Brown County teen is facing 41 counts of criminal mischief after he allegedly slashed tires on multiple vehicles in Nashville is set to go to trial on September 28.

Police arrested 18-year-old Lavelle Albert and he is still in jail being held on a $2,500 bond.

Police say 27 vehicles had their tires slashed on July 29 on Artist and Wells drives in downtown Nashville starting around 5 a.m. Wreckers hauling vehicles traveled back and forth constantly for several hours that morning.

Albert was arrested the next day. Albert's trial will begin at 9 a.m. September 28 in Brown Circuit Court.
