(BEDFORD) - A bicyclist was injured after he slid his bike into the back of a vehicle that had stopped on 16th Street near D Street Thursday night.
According to a Bedford Police report, 55-year-old David Yeary of Bedford was traveling east on 16th Street when a vehicle, driven by 38-year-old Derek Kagemann of Bedford stopped to turn south on D Street.
Yeary told police he was traveling downhill and couldn't get his bicycle stopped and slid into the rear of the vehicle.
Yeary complained of chest pain but refused medical attention.
