(BEDFORD) - On September 9th and 10th the Bedford Knights of Columbus will be conducting their 39th Annual Tootsie Roll Drive to benefit local citizens with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The monies raised from this event will go to the Larc Center in Bedford which provides job training and employment opportunities for mentally challenged adults, and to help special education classes within the Bedford North Lawrence School System.
The knights will be soliciting donations on these two days at Rural King, Price Lass IGA, Bedford Federal Savings Bank, and the Hoosier Hills Credit Union locations in Bedford and Mitchell.
