(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police arrested a woman Thursday wearing no pants and carrying a vase of flowers into a men’s restroom at Seminary Square Kroger.

A grocery store employee alerted a security officer about the woman at 8:10 p.m.

When the officer approached the woman, she told him she was putting flowers in the men's bathroom. When asked where her clothes where she told him they were in the car and refused to stay in the restroom.

The woman walked out of the store and ran into the parking lot.

Bloomington Police Sgt. Joe Crider says officers apprehended 26-year-old Chloe Squibbs in the area of Second Street and College Avenue. She then attempted to bite one officer and she kicked a second officer in the knee.

Officers used hobble restraints to detain Squibbs.

Squibbs complained of head pain and an ambulance was called to the scene, but Squibb refused medical treatment.

Squibbs was arrested on charges of public nudity, battery on a police officer and resisting law enforcement.
