(SEYMOUR) - A 39-year-old Seymour woman faces felony charges after firing two shots during a domestic dispute Sunday night east of Seymour, police report.
According to Jackson County Police report, Crystal J. Michelle Black was arrested on Level 6 felony charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and domestic battery in the presence of a minor after the incident in the 300 block of Mutton Creek Drive.
Black's arrest stemmed from an investigation into a domestic dispute that began at about 9:50 p.m.
