According to a Washington County Police report, police arrested 46-year-old Clinton Branham on charges of possession of meth and a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and criminal trespassing.

At 5:43 a.m. Thursday, a Washington County Sheriff's Department officer went to the dead-end of Kight Road after a report of a suspicious blue Chevy truck sitting in a driveway. The officer, along with an Indiana Conversation officer, found Branham sitting in the truck with a bag. Branham told police he was just resting, but told the conservation officer a different story.

Officers had Branham step out of his truck and they patted him down. That is when they found he had a knife, an the pills in his pocket that he did not have a prescription for. They also found a loaded double-barrel shotgun and a muzzleloader in the back of his truck and meth, drug paraphernalia and more pills in his truck.
