Seymour Man Arrested After Firing Gun During Vehicle Repossession

(SEYMOUR) - A 63-year-old Seymour man faces charges related to an incident Monday in which a gun was fired while one of his vehicles was being repossessed.

According to Seymour Police Jerald Lee Bruce faces Level 5 felony charges of intimidation and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and a Level 6 felony charge of pointing a loaded firearm at another person.

Police say no one was injured in the incident, reported at 10:12 a.m. in the 5800 block of U.S. 50 on the city's far west side.
