(MOORESVILLE) - A Mooresville woman was arrested after police say she touched two teenagers inappropriately.

Police arrested 36-year-old Michelle Hamm on charges of sexual battery and attempt to commit sexual battery, both Level 6 felonies.

According to police, the incident happened on June 8, but not reported until June 17.

According to a Morgan County Superior Court I probable-cause affidavit, the boys went to Hamm's apartment to ask for a lighter so they could smoke a cigarette. Hamm told them she was high on marijuana and asked them if they thought she was a "hot mom."

The boys say Hamm demanded a kiss from one of the boys. The boy told officers that when he kissed her on the cheek, she reached into his pants and "grabbed" him. Both boys then left Hamm's apartment.

Hamm told police she was "wasted" on June 8 and did not remember anything that happened that day. She denied touching the boy.
