(VINCENNES) - Vincennes Police arrested a Linton man Saturday evening during a drug investigation at 9th Street and College Avenue.
23-year-old Robert Blaine Smith is facing preliminary charges of possession of a synthetic, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
