(BEDFORD) - Harley Sheets presents Vintage Postcards: Presentation and Free Appraisals on Saturday at 3 p.m. in the Bedford Public Library program room.
Sheets, former president of the Indianapolis Post Card Club and founder of the Indiana High School Basketball Historical Society, will give a 30-minute talk about the history, values and collectibility of postcards. Following the presentation, he will offer free appraisals for those who have a collection or accumulation of postcards.
