(DAVIESS CO.) - Washington Police arrested a Washington woman Thursday on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, possession of meth, public intoxication with a controlled substance, and criminal trespass.
30-year-old Kristie Quiggins is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
The Daviess County Sheriff's department arrested 24-year-old Beau Russell of Loogootee, Thursday on charges of battery, strangulation and domestic battery.
He is being held without bond.
