(ORLEANS) - As part of the 2016 Orleans Summer Concert in the Park Series this coming Saturday night will be “Gospel Night in the Park” with a performance by renown Gospel Music Artist Darla McFadden.
Attendees should bring their lawn chairs as seating in the park is limited.
In case of rain the concert will be moved indoors to the nearby Orleans United Methodist Church.
In 24 years of music ministry, Nashville recording artist Darla McFadden has pursued her calling all over the United States and has made twelve albums that have put her on the national charts and given her exceptional radio airplay.
A Top Ten recording artist, Darla has been nominated for the highest honor in gospel music, the Dove Award.
An upbeat person, Darla gives an enthusiastic concert of songs both old and new.
People leave feeling encouraged, enthusiastic, excited, and thankful they came.
The concert is being sponsored in part by the Orleans United Methodist Church who is celebrating its 200th Anniversary this year.
