(BEDFORD) - Chase Briscoe, winner of four straight ARCA Racing Series races this summer, will make a special appearance at the 15th annual Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services Car, Truck, Bike, Trike and Tractor Show.
21-year-old Briscoe, a Mitchell native, lives in Mooresville, N.C. where his team, Cunningham Motorsports, is based.
The event is September 3 at Bedford Ford Lincoln Roush on State Road 37 between Bedford and Mitchell from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Brisco will be available for photos, autographs and will have merchandise for sale.
More than 100 vehicles will be present.
The event is a fundraiser to assist Lawrence County cancer patients with food supplements, transportation to doctors' appointments, medical supplies and equipment and wigs.
Tractor registration is from 7:30 a.m. till 9 a.m. and all other vehicles register from 9 a.m. till noon. Entry fee is $15 per vehicle. Trophies and awards will be presented at 3:30 p.m.
Food and drink tents will be onsite.
