(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man is faces felony charges in connection with the robbery at the Burger King on South Walnut Street.

Bloomington Police arrested 24-year-old Anonio Collins Saturday afternoon after finding him at the Monroe County Public Library. He was charged with possession of marijuana and three outstanding warrants for court and probation violations.

According to Bloomington Police Capt. Steve Kellams, Collins was interviewed about his involvement in the August 9th robbery of the Burger King on South Walnut Street.

On that day, the Burger King staff told police a man had been hanging out at the fast-food restaurant for about three hours before he handed cashiers a note, demanding money. The man reached into a backpack as if to retrieve a weapon and threatened several employees. Once he got cash, he fled getting into a black sport utility vehicle.

Collins during his interview admitted he had robbed the restaurant.
