(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce announced tickets are now available for their 100th Annual Dinner Gala.
The dinner will take place August 19th at the Lawrence County 4H Expo Center. Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m.
Awards and dancing will take place after dinner. Live music will be provided by the Nostalgia Band.
The theme for this year's dinner is "Celebrating Our Centennial" and attendees are encouraged to dress in Roaring '20s attire.
Member tickets are just $30, while non-member tickets are $40. Sponsorships are also available, with the Platinum level at $1000 for two tables of 8, and the Gold level at $600 for one table of 8.
The Chamber is also seeking nominations for their Beautification Award and Community Service Award. If you know a business that has made some renovations or enhanced their appearance, then send in their name. If you know of someone in the community that has gone above and beyond then please submit a letter of nomination that must include details about the nominee's work and volunteerism, as well as their contact information.
The Beautification Award and Community Service Award will be presented at the 100th Annual Dinner along with recognition of those businesses that have been in business for 50+ and 100+ years. If your business has been around for 50 and 100 plus years, the Chamber wants to know.
