(GOSHEN) - The Bedford 14U Little League All-Stars won their second consecutive Junior League Indiana State Tournament championship Sunday.

District 12 champion Bedford, which dropped a practice game to Jeffersonville on Wednesday, brought home a win at to defeat the District 5 champs twice, 17-7, Saturday, and then 17-1 Sunday afternoon in the title game.

Those two victories lead to a 16-1 win, defeating Wabash in the semifinals Sunday morning.

Bedford manager Shawn Nikirk is especially proud of his team.
