(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was injured after she lost control of her vehicle on Pinhook Road, striking an AT&T utility pole Wednesday afternoon.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 29-year-old Brandy Colgan of Bedford was traveling east on Pinhook Road when she lost control of her 1999 Ford Explorer when coming around a curve. Police say Colgan was unable to recover and slid off the south side of the road, striking the utility pole causing the Explorer to flip on its side.
Colgan complained of body pain following the incident.
