Drowning Victim Paoli Teen

(KENRAY LAKE) - The drowing victim at Kenray Lake has been identified as 18-year-old Joshua Bradford, of Paoli.

An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday morning at the Lawrence County Coroner's Office.

The Lawrence County Police Department was alerted at 6:28 p.m. Monday that an 18-year-old male had went under water at Kenray Lake and had not resurfaced.Shawswick Volunteer Fire Department and the Department of Natural Resources and a Seals ambulance responded.

According to officials, the teen had been under the water for more than six minutes when they were notified about the incident.

Bradford was swimming with three others, when he went under in approximately 40 ft. of water. Using both sonar and a Remotely Operated Vehicle with video, his body was located and a recovery was made by ICO Public Safety Divers at 1:32 a.m. today.
