(PEKIN) - A Pekin man was arrested Tuesday after Indiana State Police and deputies from Washington County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at his home.
Police arrested 44-year-old William Knight after police say he encouraged a 10-year-old female to physically touch him in a sexual manner.
Police executed the search warrant at 90 Eastern Park Blvd. Lot 22 after a lengthy investigation. During the investigation police determined Knight was involved in lengthy conversations with the girl on social media.
Knight was arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail on a felony count of child solicitation.
This investigation is continuing.
