(BLOOMINGTON) - A 38-year-old man was killed early Thursday when he was struck by a semi in the 1700 block of North Walnut Street in Bloomington.
Bloomington Police Department Lt. Brad Seifers says the driver of the truck told police the man ran out into the road and that he could not avoid striking him.
No charges have been filed in connection with the 4 a.m. accident.
The name of the man who died has not been released.
