According to police, 52-year-old Kevin D. Clipp was driving a vehicle with a tail light out.

During the traffic stop Officer John McCoy and Reserve Officer Jeff Tillett noticed Clipp was acting very nervous. So the officers asked for permission to search the vehicle.

Clipp gave consent and inside police found meth, drug paraphernalia and a digital scale.

Clipp was arrested on charges of dealing and possession of meth, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

He was transported to IU Health Paoli Hospital for testing and then taken to the Orange County Jail.
