(SALEM) - West Washington Softball Coach Michael Long informed his team that he had resigned.
Long has been at the helm of the Lady Senators for five seasons.
During his tenure, the Lady Senators won three PLAC championships, three sectional titles, and two regional championships. WW reached the semi-state round of the state tournament twice under Long's direction, making the final four in his first season as head coach.
