(WASHINGTON) - A domestic situation at Jamestown Square Sunday at 1:11 a.m. resulted in the arrest of 57-year-old Jack W. Tincher.
He was charged with domestic battery. No bond was set.
Later on Sunday morning, 47-year-old Vicki Tincher was arrested in connection with the same incident.
She too was charged with domestic battery.
