Two Bedford Teens Injured After Truck Rolls, Crashes Into Barn

(BEDFORD) - Two Bedford teens were injured after the car they were in left the roadway and flipped after hitting a barn.

The accident happened Monday on State Road 450 near Bex Addition at 11:44 p.m.

According to a Bedford Police report, 17-year-old Jacinda Davis suffered a fractured or dislocation to her back and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

18-year-old Caitlyn Clark, suffered minor bleeding to her back.

According to police, Davis was driving south on State Road 450 in a GMC truck when the truck ran off the left side of the road, ran off the right side. Clark over-corrected, causing the truck to flip and hit a barn.

Firefighters with the Bedford Fire Department had to free the teens from the truck.

"Entry was made through the back of the truck," Bedford Fire Department Chief Jon Wagner added. "We had to cut one of the victim's hair after it got entangled with the vehicle when it rolled."
