(BLOOMINGTON) - The Monroe County Prosecutor’s Office says several factors led them to accept a misdemeanor plea agreement from a former IU student charged with two rapes on campus.
Prosecutors say problems with evidence, including photographs that contradicted the accuser in one of the cases, led to the reduced charges against John Enochs and a deal that did not include jail time.
