(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested after he choked a woman during a domestic fight in the presence of a minor.
Mitchell Police arrested 28-year-old Paul Beach on charges of domestic battery in the presence of a minor, strangulation and obstruction of justice.
According to Mitchell Police, officers received a call about a domestic fight in the 200 block of North Sixth Street just before 9 p.m.
The woman told police Beach grabbed her by the throat during the fight, causing redness and scratches on the woman's neck.
