Man Injured In Horse Accident In Brown County State Park

(BROWN CO.) - A Portland man was injured after he was thrown from his horse at Brown County State Park Saturday night.

According to an Indiana Conservation report, officers along with the Brown County Sheriff's Department and Nashville Police responded to the park.

Once there they found 45-year-old Andrew Frasher had been thrown from his horse. While Frasher was on the ground the horse stepped on his chest.

He complained of both chest and abdominal pain.

Frasher was flown by Lifeline helicopter to Methodist Hospital for treatment.
