Joint Narcotics Investigation Results In Police Seizing Several Pounds Of Illegal Drugs Valued At $76,000

(LINTON) - Police arrested three people after Indiana State Police K-9 Loki found drugs in a vehicle during a traffic stop.

Wednesday evening Linton Police Officer Logan Hobbs, Indiana State Troopers Nicholas Bartalone, Richard R. Klun and K9 Partner "Loki" conducted a traffic stop near Linton.

During the stop, Trooper Klun and K9 Loki conducted a free air sniff of the vehicle.

Loki gave a positive alert for the odor of a controlled substance coming from inside of the vehicle.

Police found approximately 17 pounds of synthetic marijuana, illegal narcotics and controlled substances along with marijuana.

Police arrested all three occupants of the vehicle and took them to the Greene County Jail.
