(JASONVILLE) - Jasonville Police helped in an effort to reunite a 1981 graduate of Shakamak High School with her class ring.
Mike Garvey of Conowingo, Maryland, found the ring and contacted Jasonville Police through their Facebook page, asking for assistance in locating the owner whose initials are A-W.
Police Chief Jim Gadberry decided discovered that Anita Williams was the only one from the Class of 1981 who had the initials of A-W.
Police then contacted Williams, who says she lost the ring years ago. She is in the process of making arrangements with Garvey to get her ring back.
