(DUBOIS CO.) - The Dubois County Community Foundation Board of Directors announced Clayton Boyles is the Foundation’s new executive director. In addition, Nona Baker has been promoted to Associate Director.

"Following a comprehensive search process, we are thrilled to welcome Clayton back to our Foundation as our new Executive Director," said Andy Seger, president of the board. "We believe his background and leadership experience working with donors, nonprofit organizations and others active with philanthropy in Dubois County provide an excellent fit for the Community Foundation moving forward. Further, we are excited to recognize Nona's contributions to our organization and the Dubois County community through this promotion."

Boyles is a native of Jasper and holds a master's degree in nonprofit management and a Certificate in Fundraising Management from Indiana University. Clayton served as Donor Relations Associate of the Community Foundation from 2013-2015 and most recently as a Major Gifts Officer at the Sisters of St. Benedict.

Baker has been with the Community Foundation since 2013, most recently serving as Director of Programs. With this new expanded role, Nona will oversee operations for the Foundation, while continuing to lead programs and grants.
