Bloomington Police Find Heroin, Cocaine And Stolen Handgun In Apartment

(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police seized almost 40 grams of heroin, cocaine and a stolen handgun after they served a search warrant at an apartment in the 3300 block of East Longview Avenue late Wednesday night.

According to a press release, the departments Critical Incident Response Team arrested 27-year-old Marvin Clark on felony charges of dealing narcotic drugs and receiving stolen property. His bond is set at $60,000 surety, $500 cash.

According to Capt. Steve Kellams, police had been investigating Clark since March. Police used confidential informants to purchase heroin from Clark. During their investigation police learned Clark had firearms.

During their search officers found a stolen 9mm handgun that was loaded.
