Last updated on Tuesday, June 7, 2016

(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was injured after the vehicle she was in was involved in an accident on Ind. 37 Sunday morning.

According to a Lawrence County Police report, 43-year-old Terry Zing, of 308 R St., was traveling northbound on State Road 37 and approaching the traffic light at Old State Road 37. Two other vehicles were stopped at the light. The vehicle in front was a 2006 Ford F350 pickup pulling a trailer driven by 65-year-old Daniel L. Dodson of Solsberry.

The vehicle behind Dodson's truck was the vehicle in which, 47-year-old Michelle Moler was riding in a 2007 Jeep Liberty driven by 48-year-old Charles Moler. Both individuals are from Freedom.

Zing, who police say was driving at an unsafe speed and following too closely, struck the rear of Charles Moler's Jeep, pushing it into Dodson's trailer.

Michelle Moler complained of back pain and was treated at the scene by an Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital ambulance crew.
