(BEDFORD) - Bedford Revitalization Inc is hosting the 7th Annual BBQ at the Quarry this Friday and Saturday - July 1st and 2nd.
The J Street section of Bedford's Downtown Square will be closed to house around 12 or more BBQ Competition Teams, along with Food Vendors and entertainment.
You can sample the BBQ Competition on Saturday around 4 p.m. Sample tickets will be sold for $1.00 each, or 6 for $5.00.
The entertainment this year will be Cody Ikerd and the Sidewinders performing on the Harp Commons stage at 6 p.m., followed by Larry Summerton and the Summertime Band at 8 p.m. on Friday Evening. On Saturday the entertainment lineup will include Dame's Rocket with an acoustic set after the BBQ competition award ceremony around 7 p.m. followed by the Honky Tonk Heroes at 8 p.m.
