(WASHINGTON) - A suspended Washington School employee has been arrested on multiple counts of child seduction.

Washington City Police officers arrested 25-year-old William A. Breeden of Washington on Friday on four counts of child seduction.

According to a probable cause affidavit, police say Breeden is accused of four incidents involving a 17-year-old female student at Washington High School where Breeden was employed and had supervision over the girl.

Police began investigating the allegations on April 11, 2016 after a student reported an improper student-teacher relationship to High School Principal Leanne Kelley and Assistant Principal Troy Zollars.

A detective interviewed Breeden regarding when the alleged events happened. Breeden was working as a non-certified school employee dealing with credit recovery in the school's Resource Department.

According to the court documents, Breeden admitted to having met with the girl at the Eastside Park and kissing her.

In a later interview with the girl, she told police that Breeden had told her not to talk about the incident.

"Breeden told her if she talked she would be the one to blame and get in trouble. He also said it would be all her fault that he lost everything, including his car, getting a different job, moving away and never getting his dream," the affidavit reads.

The student reported she would meet Breeden at the top lake boat dock at the Eastside Park. The girl says the two engaged in sex acts on at least four occasions between Feb. 1 and April 11 of this year.

Breeden is free on $7,500 bond. No trial date has been set.

Breeden was placed on administrative leave following an internal school investigation on April 12 and he has been barred from school grounds since that time.
