A St. Joseph County judge sentenced 19-year-old Kyle Treber to a two-year jail term Friday, with one year suspended and to be served on probation. The second year will combine 90 days in jail and community corrections.

The South Bend Tribune reported that Treber pleaded guilty to a single count of possession of narcotics in exchange for prosecutors dropping three charges of dealing narcotics.

Treber admitting bringing the prescription painkiller oxycodone to a June 2015 party in Granger. 19-year-old IU student Nick Savage and 18-year-old Jack Savage were found dead the next day.
