(MITCHELL) - Facebook followers of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources can “talk” online with volunteer coordinator Coletta Prewitt about Spring Mill State Park on Wednesday, May 18, from 2-3 p.m. EDT, on the DNR’s Facebook wall.
Prewitt will discuss the park, its Pioneer Village, and activities such as Civil War Days and the ceremony in Hamer Cemetery to honor fallen soldiers on Memorial Day. Participants are invited to join the conversation and ask questions.
Future topics, instructions on how to join a conversation on Facebook, and commenting guidelines are posted at dnr.IN.gov/7315.htm.
